Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight of your order, so you'll always see the exact price before you pay. 

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking — you'll receive your tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery issues

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us at seleneskinsales@gmail.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and put it right — including a replacement or refund where needed.

Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply when your shipment arrives at its destination, and these are the responsibility of the recipient.
