Refund policy

Returns

We hope you love your order, but UK law gives you the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). To cancel, email us at seleneskinsales@gmail.com within that period — you don't need to give a reason.

For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned.

If you cancel, please return the goods to us at your own cost, and we'll refund the product price to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. If the goods were faulty or not as described, we'll cover the return cost and refund you in full.

Damaged or faulty items

Returns are only accepted if the product arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at seleneskinsales@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund once it's confirmed.
